Every output is educational and informational. The trader remains fully in control of every trade. Signal services push trades; EI ALGOS improves the way you make decisions.

How is the Decision Score calculated?

The Decision Score is a 6-factor composite: Setup Quality, Confluence, Risk/Reward, Confidence, Execution Discipline, and Behavioral State. Each factor is scored 0-100 by the v5.0 Decision Engine and blended into a single 0-100 output. The engine uses transparent, explainable heuristics — every score comes with a full factor breakdown and rationale.

The Emotion Score is a rolling 7-day metric that quantifies emotional drag on your trading. It is derived from behavioural signals — trade cadence, deviation from plan, revenge-trade patterns, position-size drift, and journal sentiment. A low Emotion Score is a warning to slow down, not a prescription. It complements, but never replaces, your own self-awareness.

LIANA does not place trades, does not recommend specific tickers to buy or sell, does not guarantee outcomes, and does not act as a licensed advisor. She surfaces context, patterns, and process gaps. Every decision is yours — LIANA is a co-pilot, not an autopilot.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account can activate a 7-day free trial with full Elite access. No credit card is required to start, and there is nothing to cancel — when the trial ends your account reverts to the Free plan with no charge. Paid subscribers additionally get a 14-day full refund window.

What's the refund policy?

Full refund within 14 days of any paid subscription — no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are pro-rated on unused days, and subscriptions can be cancelled any time to prevent the next billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees.

Yes. Annual plans save 20% versus monthly. Annual is available at Starter, Pro, and Elite tiers. Annual subscribers retain the 14-day refund window and can downgrade to monthly at renewal.

How secure is my data?

EI ALGOS has internally assessed its security and privacy controls against SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS v4.0, GDPR, PIPEDA and CCPA requirements, with OWASP Top 10 hardening. Internal validation does not constitute external certification, attestation or regulatory approval. Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest, credentials are hashed with bcrypt, and authentication events are logged to a tamper-evident audit trail. Payment processing is delegated to Stripe — EI ALGOS does not store card data. We never store your brokerage credentials — broker linking flows through SnapTrade's OAuth surface.

How is my behavioural data used?

Your behavioural data is used exclusively to compute your Emotion Score, TIS, and personalise LIANA. It is never sold, never shared with brokers, and never used to train third-party AI models. You can request full deletion via the Privacy Center at any time.

Are you SOC 2 certified?

No. EI ALGOS does not currently hold an external SOC 2 attestation, PCI DSS certification, or GDPR, PIPEDA or CCPA certification. EI ALGOS has completed an internal control assessment against SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS v4.0, GDPR, PIPEDA and CCPA requirements. Which brokers do you support?

EI ALGOS connects to 39 brokerages via SnapTrade, including Interactive Brokers, TD Direct Investing, Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Robinhood, E*TRADE, Vanguard, Webull, tastytrade, Questrade, Wealthsimple, Moomoo, Public, eToro, Trading 212, DEGIRO, AJ Bell, CommSec, Zerodha and Upstox, plus Alpaca and Trading 212 paper-trading environments. Manual entry and CSV import are also supported. Broker linking uses OAuth — we never see your login credentials.

Can I use EI ALGOS without linking a broker?

Yes. Manual trade entry is fully supported. You can journal trades, run the Decision Engine, and use LIANA without ever connecting a broker. Broker linking is convenience-only; it unlocks automated portfolio sync but is never required.

Can I link multiple broker accounts?

Yes. Pro and Elite tiers support unlimited linked accounts. Portfolio views can be filtered by account or aggregated across all accounts for a unified risk picture.

US equities, US options (single-leg + multi-leg spreads), Canadian equities on the TSX/TSXV, and major crypto (BTC/ETH plus top 100 by market cap). Futures and FX are on the roadmap for late 2026.
