We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to: • Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services • Use the Services to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers • Collect or harvest any information from other users • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without authorization • Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit our content without permission • Share account credentials with third parties

EI ALGOS INC offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Subscription fees are for access to analytical tools, not financial outcomes. By subscribing: • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or Stripe billing portal • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice • Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled • Downgrading your plan may result in loss of certain features or data • Subscription fees are for access to analytical tools, not financial outcomes • Prorated refunds are available for annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: • EI ALGOS INC is a self-directed trading analytics platform — NOT an investment advisor • No fiduciary relationship exists between EI ALGOS INC and any user • All trading and investment decisions are made solely by you • Our Services provide analytical tools and informational content only • We do not provide personalized investment advice or trade recommendations • AI and ML outputs are probabilistic, based on historical data patterns — not predictive certainty • Past performance does not guarantee future results • Trading involves substantial risk of loss • You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any trade • You should consult a licensed financial professional before trading • We are not liable for any losses resulting from your trading decisions • Options trading involves significant risk and is not suitable for all investors

All content on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, software, and data, is the property of EI ALGOS INC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or content without prior written permission. Your use of the Services does not grant you any ownership rights to our intellectual property.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EI ALGOS INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities • Any damages resulting from your reliance on information from the Services • Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account • Any damages resulting from interruption or cessation of Services Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association. • Arbitration shall take place in Canada • The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding • Each party shall bear their own costs and attorney's fees • Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitration are waived • You have 30 days after first using the Services to opt out of arbitration by contacting us in writing

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe: • Violates these Terms or applicable laws • Is harmful to other users, us, or third parties • Constitutes fraud or abuse of the Services Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Canada.
